Hello and happy to finally be able to post for the first time on this site with you all! With this being the first post, I just wanted to go over how each post will be formatted. Each post will include brief description on the topic, the harms/benefits, personal experience (if applicable), and closing statements. What I want most from this experience is for everyone to be able to learn something that could potentially enrich their lives and possibly share their opinions to further that enrichment for others.
